Naiades Almiros Hotel, Agios Nikolaos (Crete)

We had a mixed experience during our stay. While the staff, especially Annette and Mikalis, were incredibly friendly and helpful, some aspects like the dining options and room cleanliness left much to be desired. The location was enjoyable, with a beautiful beach nearby, making for a nice escape.

Our stay at the Almyros River Hotel was pleasant overall, with its close proximity to the beautiful Almyros Beach being one of the highlights. The hotel had a traditional Greek charm, and the cleanliness of our room was commendable. However, the breakfast options became monotonous after a few days, and the walk to Agios Nikolaos could feel a bit isolating at night.

I had an incredible week at the Naiades Almiros River Hotel. The hospitality from Annette and George made our stay feel so special and personal. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the BBQ nights, and the nearby beach was simply beautiful. However, while the rooms were nice, I felt they could use a little modernization. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing getaway, perfect for recharging.

What a delightful stay! The hotel is a charming spot where I truly got to relax and enjoy the Cretan way of life. The welcoming atmosphere, along with fresh and tasty local cuisine, made my experience all the more enjoyable. The proximity to the lovely Almyros beach was a major highlight, providing easy access to sun and fun. However, I did find the evening entertainment options a bit lacking, and I wish there were a few more activities offered during the evenings.
